Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco Val d'Orcia, Tuscany, Italy

Located within one of the oldest and best-preserved estates in Tuscany, Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco celebrated its tenth anniversary under the Rosewood brand in 2025, set within a 5,000-acre, 900-year-old Italian estate encompassing ancient castle ruins from the 12th century, a 14th-century medieval church and a historic borgo that forms the vibrant core of the resort.

Rosewood Blue Palace Elounda, Crete, Greece — Opening 2027

Rosewood Blue Palace will mark Rosewood Hotels and Resorts' entrance into Greece when Crete's distinguished Blue Palace reopens as part of Rosewood in 2026 following a complete reimagination of the celebrated property.

Located near the Cretan port of Elounda and nestled into a hillside of palm and olive trees overlooking a private beach, the property will feature 154 rooms and suites, including 85 with private pools, as well as the Asaya Spa, fitness centre, yoga pavilion, movement studio, hydrotherapy and three outdoor pools with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
