Family Suites
The Newt offers a small collection of dedicated two-bedroom family suites, designed to give families space, privacy and the freedom to settle in.
Room with a View – A beautifully proportioned two-bedroom suite suitable for families of up to five, with elevated countryside views and space for a baby cot.
The Gate Lodge – A standalone two-bedroom lodge sleeping up to five, offering privacy, independence and the ease of a private entrance, with space for a cot.
Hayloft & Woolsack – A generous two-bedroom suite sleeping up to seven, set within the Farmyard buildings and ideal for larger families or siblings sharing.
Hadspen Room (Rooms 8 & 9) – A refined two-bedroom suite within Hadspen House, suitable for families of up to five, with the option to accommodate a cot or a rollaway bed for younger children.
Rooms Suitable for Families with Babies or Young Children
In addition to the family suites, a selection of rooms across the estate can accommodate families travelling with babies or young children.
Hadspen House
Elegant rooms overlooking gardens and parkland, with several categories able to accommodate a baby cot. One Garden View Room also offers space for a rollaway bed.
Stable Yard
A relaxed, village-style setting where selected Loft and Clock House rooms can accommodate cots, and in some cases a rollaway bed, making them a flexible choice for families with younger children.
The Farmyard
The most informal and family-friendly area of the estate, offering contemporary rooms and suites with space for cots or, in selected categories, a rollaway bed. Larger rooms such as The Apple Loft and The Stalls offer extra space for families seeking a little more room to spread out.
