The Branson Beach Estate occupies a dramatic outcrop at the northeast tip of Moskito Island, a 125-acre private island in the North Sound of the British Virgin Islands. Spread across 1,765 square metres of Balinese-inspired architecture, three standalone villas — Headland House, Beach Villa and Mangrove Villa — are connected by elevated wooden walkways and together sleep up to 22 guests across 11 bedrooms. Each villa has its own private infinity pool, kitchen and living area, and the estate has direct access to The Cove, its own private beach. The villas can be booked individually or together for exclusive use, year-round.

The experience is villa living at its most private: a resident private chef plans menus with you before arrival, everything is tailored to your group, and the island's recreational facilities including watersports, tennis courts, gym and a swim-up pool are a short walk from the estate. For families, the setting is exceptional: safe, enclosed, with sea views from every room, a private beach and the kind of space that means children and adults can genuinely do their own thing. Necker Island, Sir Richard Branson's famous private island, is just a short boat ride away and can be combined with a Branson Beach Estate stay for larger groups.

Sleeps up to 8 guests across one master suite and three standalone guest houses. Nestled among mangrove trees with an infinity pool and east-facing views towards Necker Island and Virgin Gorda.

Dining at the Branson Beach Estate is entirely bespoke. The resident private chef works with guests before arrival to plan menus around tastes, dietary needs and preferences, and every meal is prepared fresh with the flavours of the Caribbean at their centre. Settings shift throughout the day, from informal poolside lunches at the estate to larger dinners across the island's dining pavilions or on the beach itself.
