Mirto Restaurant - Breakfast showcases the authentic flavours of Salento: artisanal pasticciotti, fresh burrata, local cured meats and the traditional caffè leccese served over ice with almond syrup. The à la carte menu ranges from homemade fresh pasta to meat and seafood recipes, alongside more informal yet carefully curated options such as Apulian frisella and gourmet sandwiches.
