ÀNI Shoal Bay is the newest addition to the ÀNI Private Resorts collection, set above the powdery white sands of Shoal Bay on Anguilla's north coast, widely regarded as one of the Caribbean's most beautiful beaches. Brazilian modernism meets Caribbean soul throughout the estate, with soaring ceilings, natural materials and an open-plan Main House designed to bring a whole group together, while a Beach Club, Spa and dedicated Kids Club round out a stay built around flexibility, ease and time together.

As with all ÀNI properties, the whole resort is reserved exclusively for one group at a time, from smaller family gatherings up to larger reunions, across 15 ocean-view suites with a 1:1 guest-to-staff ratio. It's a wonderful setting for a large multigenerational family gathering, milestone celebration or extended family holiday, with the entire estate, Beach Club, Spa and Kids Club dedicated solely to one family for the length of the stay. 71 m². Four suites in a two-storey structure beside the infinity pool, each with a 20 m² private terrace and a king bed or twin beds. Two suites on each floor have connecting doors, ideal for families with young children, and three are fully wheelchair accessible.

Beachfront Suites

65 to 70 m². Four suites just steps from the beach, each with a 20 m² private terrace and a king bed or twin beds. Two first-floor suites have private tropical garden showers and are fully wheelchair accessible.

Shoal Bay Suites

54 to 62+ m². Six suites across the first and second floors of the Main House, each with a 25 m² private terrace and a king bed or twin beds. Select suites overlook the infinity pool, all are fully wheelchair accessible, with elevator access from the Main Living Room.
