ÀNI Dominican Republic occupies its own private peninsula on the country's north coast, between the Samaná Peninsula and Cabarete, in a stretch known as the Amber Riviera for its golden beaches and rich amber deposits. The coastline is scalloped around the resort like a tiara, with two natural coves, La Piscina Natural and El Hoyo, forming sheltered swimming bays on either side. Set across 4.2 acres of manicured gardens with 270 degree Atlantic views, the property comprises two villas, sunrise-facing Villa Larimar and west-facing Villa Amber with its manmade beach, connected by a palm-lined central avenue.

This is not a hotel in the conventional sense: ÀNI is booked exclusively by a single group, from 6 to 28 guests, across fourteen suites split between the two villas. For a multigenerational family gathering, milestone celebration or extended family holiday, that exclusivity is the whole point, the entire resort, its 30-plus staff, two pools, spa and dining team are dedicated solely to one family for the length of the stay. It is not the right fit for a single family of four looking for a typical family hotel room, and works best for larger groups able to fill or share the buyout.
