ÀNI Anguilla sits on a clifftop above Little Bay on the island's northern shoreline, in the eastern Caribbean Sea, the northernmost of the Leeward Islands. The two-acre property is surrounded by indigenous flora on three sides, with awe-inspiring views over the Atlantic Ocean, and the north coast around the resort is known for dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves and excellent dive sites.

There is no direct beach access from the property. Two golf carts run guests to and from Crocus Bay Beach, and more adventurous guests can walk four minutes to Little Bay Beach, though reaching the sand means descending a steep cliff path aided by a rope, not something suited to young children or anyone unsteady on their feet. Families wanting to walk straight onto a beach from their room should look elsewhere, or plan to rely on the golf carts.

As with all ÀNI properties, this is a whole-resort buyout rather than individual room bookings, reserved exclusively for one group of 6 to 20 guests across two villas, North and South. A dedicated team of up to 20 tailors every detail of the stay. It suits a multigenerational family gathering or celebration large enough to fill or share the buyout, rather than a single family of four looking for a conventional hotel room.

Positioned on the second and third floors of each villa, with an expansive private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and ocean, king bed that can be made up as twin with the option of an additional bed, and a large bathroom with twin basins, freestanding bath and separate shower. Suites 101 and 102 in South Villa are suitable for guests with accessibility needs.
