ÀNI Anguilla sits on a clifftop above Little Bay on the island's northern shoreline, in the eastern Caribbean Sea, the northernmost of the Leeward Islands. The two-acre property is surrounded by indigenous flora on three sides, with awe-inspiring views over the Atlantic Ocean, and the north coast around the resort is known for dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves and excellent dive sites.

The whole resort, both villas and every suite, is reserved exclusively for one group at a time, with a dedicated team of up to 20 on hand to tailor every detail. It's a wonderful setting for a large multigenerational family gathering or celebration, with a private beach experience two ways: a short golf cart ride to Crocus Bay Beach, or a more adventurous four-minute walk and rope-aided cliff descent down to secluded Little Bay Beach for families who fancy the adventure. Positioned on the second and third floors of each villa, with an expansive private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and ocean, king bed that can be made up as twin with the option of an additional bed, and a large bathroom with twin basins, freestanding bath and separate shower. Suites 101 and 102 in South Villa are suitable for guests with accessibility needs.

34 m². Positioned on the second floor of each villa, with a private balcony overlooking the pool, garden and ocean, king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with twin basins and shower.
